Custom Beats Made For You

A beat produced around your song, with exclusive rights and stems, by JakeTheBirdy

Tell me the sound you're going for and I'll produce a beat for you alone. I've made around 100 custom beats for rappers and singers, from single songs to whole projects, alongside the 1,200+ beats in my catalogue.

Every custom beat is exclusive. It never goes into the store, it's never sold to anyone else, and I don't post it anywhere. You get the WAV master, the track stems and a signed contract.

One flat price of $295 for any beat, in any genre I produce, with up to 3 revisions and about a week from brief to delivery.

What you get for $295

Exclusive rights

The beat is yours alone. It never goes in the store, never gets sold again and never gets posted.

WAV master

The finished beat in full quality, ready to record on.

Track stems

Every part exported separately, so any engineer can mix it.

Signed contract

Your rights to the beat in writing.

Up to 3 revisions

Tell me what to change and I'll rework it.

One flat price

$295 for any beat, in any genre I produce. No tiers.

Yours alone, not a license

When you license a beat from my catalogue, you can release your song with it, but other artists can license the same beat too. A custom beat works differently. It exists because you asked for it, it goes to you with exclusive rights and a signed contract, and nobody else ever gets a copy.

If you'd rather start from something that already exists, browse the catalogue and license a beat from $29.95, or make an offer for exclusive rights to it on the beat's own page.

How a custom beat works

  1. 1

    Send the brief

Reference tracks, genre, BPM, the key if you know it, and your vocals or demo if you have them.

  2. 2

    Pay upfront

$295 flat, and I start on it.

  3. 3

    I produce the beat

It usually takes about a week.

  4. 4

    Revisions

Up to 3 rounds of changes until it's right.

  5. 5

    Files and contract

WAV master, track stems and the signed agreement.

What to send me

  • One to three reference tracks. The closer they are to what you want, the closer the beat lands.
  • The genre and the mood you're going for.
  • BPM, and the key if you know it.
  • Your vocals or a demo, if the beat has to fit something you've already recorded.
  • Any beats of mine you like, so I know which side of my sound you're after.

I can get close to a reference, and that's what references are for. What I won't do is copy an existing song note for note.

Custom beat FAQ

Can you pay someone to make a beat for you?

Yes, that's exactly what this is. You send me the sound you're going for, I produce the beat around it, and it becomes yours. The price is $295.

How much does a producer charge for a beat?

It varies from a few dollars for a lease to thousands for a well-known producer. Mine is a flat $295 for a custom beat, with exclusive rights, stems and a signed contract included.

What does exclusive mean?

It means only you can use the beat. A custom beat never goes into my store, is never sold to another artist, and I don't post it anywhere.

What happens if another artist buys the same beat?

With a custom beat that can't happen. It's made for you and it stays yours. That's the difference from licensing a beat, where several artists can license the same one.

How long does it take?

About a week from the brief, plus revision time if you want changes.

How many revisions do I get?

Up to 3 rounds of changes are included.

Can you make it sound like a reference track?

I can get close, and references are the best way to tell me what you want. What I won't do is copy an existing song note for note.

Do I pay before or after?

Payment comes first, then I start producing.

Who owns the beat at the end?

You do, and the signed contract says so.

Can you mix my song afterwards?

Yes. Mixing and mastering is a separate service, and I always mix from the original stems of my own beats.

What genres do you produce?

The genres in my catalogue: trap, hip hop, emo rap, R&B, rage, pluggnb, drill, rock and more.
