I play the guitar on these myself: strummed acoustic, clean electric, and distorted electric when a beat needs to break open. The drums sit soft and low underneath, so the guitar and your voice stay up front.

They're written around heartbreak, loneliness and the anger that comes after. Sometimes I record little songs I make up and chop my own voice into the beat, which is where some of the vocal textures come from.

They suit a half-sung, half-rapped delivery best. If someone's going through a breakup, I'd play them "my escape" first. It's also my most-viewed beat on YouTube.
